We opened in 1993, with the aim of cooking exactly as we do at home. With fresh ingredients, recipes as we learned them from our parents and a great deal of passion. More than thirty years later, nothing has changed. Today, we remain a family taverna that loves the flavours of its place. We do not try to change the traditional recipes, nor to present them differently from what they are. We prefer to respect them and serve them as we ourselves came to know them.
