Our Story

A family table
since 1993

We opened in 1993, with the aim of cooking exactly as we do at home. With fresh ingredients, recipes as we learned them from our parents and a great deal of passion. More than thirty years later, nothing has changed.

Our kitchen is inseparably linked to the island. The recipes we cook carry the history of Milos, its ingredients and the way people here gather around a table to share food and beautiful moments. For us, tradition is not something kept in a recipe book — it is something that continues every day in the kitchen, in the serving and in the hospitality.

We created a space that is simple but welcoming. You will find us in Adamas, in a quiet area near the port. You eat outside, beneath trees that offer shade at midday and coolness in the evening.
